Incentive and Special Duty Pay

  • Bilingual Pay - 4% of Base Salary
  • Longevity incentive - 1%-6% of base salary.
  • Education incentive (BA/MA) - 4% of base salary/4% of base salary + $100/mo.
  • Special duty pay - 3%-4% of base salary.

Leave Benefits:

  • Paid vacation: 10 - 25 days per year.
  • Sick leave: earn 10 hours per month - maximum of 120 days.
