Bainbridge Island Police Department - Police Officer has 4 vacancies.

The eligibility list is a continuous listing and maintained as scores are received from PST with oral board interviews conducted on an as-needed basis. Open positions are filled from the current Civil Service eligibility list using the Rule of 5. Candidates will be referred to the appointing authority (chief of police) for a background investigation and selection, as vacancies occur.

$7,252- $9,096 per month

Criminal Activity
Automatic Any felony conviction as an adult.
Automatic Been convicted of any crime under a domestic violence statute.
Automatic Failing to be truthful or honest, by act or omission, at any stage of the hiring process; including training and certification.
Automatic Dishonorable Discharge, Bad Conduct Discharge, or dismissed from any branch of the US Armed Forces, except for reasons of sexual orientation.
