Public Safety Testing started a revolution in pre-employment testing 12 years ago and we've done it again for Assessment Centers.

Everything you know and love about Assessment Centers just got better. PST now provides two approaches that are valid, defensible, flexible and affordable to even the smallest agencies.

We’re taking the traditional model of Assessment Centers and keeping it fresh, current and relevant to reflect the uniqueness of your agency.

Our new and innovative approach is the multi-agency, regional model of having an Assessment Center process that brings all the advantages of the traditional model but at a lower cost for the agency that has typically fewer candidates. So, instead of hosting an Assessment Center at your location (with all of the ancillary costs and logistics), you send your candidates to a regional site where they will participate in the process and you will receive a report related only to your candidates.
