Salary Information

Hourly minimum Salary: $29.16 per hour - Hourly maximum Salary: $37.07 per hour. The work schedule for Police Communications Specialists shall consist of four (4) consecutive workdays on duty, followed by four (4) consecutive days off (this represents an average of 182 12-hour shifts in a year for a total of 2184 hours). As a result, Communication Specialists receive 16 hours per month paid at the overtime rate (1.5x), as part of the regular work schedule.
