Current Hiring Status

We have four positions we are looking to fill immediately.

The eligibility list is a continuous listing and maintained as scores are received from PST. Oral board interviews are conducted on an as-needed basis. Vacancies are filled by Civil Service's "rule of five" with the top five candidates forwarded to the appointing authority for background investigation and selection.

Salary Information

$5,223.19 - $7,660.68 per month

Paramedic/Firefighter Recruit (training period) $5,223.19 per month
Paramedic/Firefighter (upon completion of Firefighter I) $5,919.61 - $7,660.68 per month
