The Evergreen State College Police Department - Police Officer

  • Entry-Level Applicants:

    The Evergreen State College will consider Entry-level applicants who have successfully completed the following two steps (in either order):

    • 1. Submit an online application for employment via the college’s open continuous Entry-level Campus Police Officer posting at: https://evergreen.edu/employment; and
    • 2. Pass the Public Safety Testing physical agility and written tests within the past 12 months.

    Once both of these steps are complete (in either order) and a position is vacant, a list of eligible applicants will be sent to the search committee.  The remainder of the recruitment process includes: oral board interview; reference checking; conditional offer of employment; background investigation; polygraph; psychological testing; and medical exam.

    Lateral Applicants:

The Evergreen State College Police Department is an excellent place to work.
