This position is represented by the Mountlake Terrace Police Guild, with benefits reflected in a collective bargaining agreement that is subject to negotiations and change over time. From your first day of employment you will be eligible for the benefits offered to regular City of Mountlake Terrace employees.
This includes the following:
•96 hours of annual paid vacation
•96 hours of annual sick leave accrual
•Eleven (11) paid holidays per year, including one personal or “floating holiday”
